These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Strike Duel ("the app", "the game"), developed and operated by Marcel Scheck, Trevor-Moore-Str. 1, 85356 Freising, Germany ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Strike Duel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Strike Duel for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the app — you are purchasing a license to use it. This license does not grant you rights to the game's source code, assets, designs, or any underlying intellectual property.
All content in Strike Duel — including artwork, animations, sounds, game mechanics, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the game or any part of it.
When using Strike Duel, you agree not to:
Strike Duel uses Firebase Authentication with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You can delete your account at any time from the app's account screen.
Strike Duel is not intended for children under 16. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Strike Duel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Online features depend on third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple) that are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Strike Duel, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or inability to access the game. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase it.
Refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased the app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Your use of Strike Duel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
